Event Description – Trench Unit Training Day

Get ready to work. Trench Unit Training Day is designed for serious Offensive and Defensive Linemen who want to elevate their technique, power, and football IQ in the trenches. This session focuses on footwork, leverage, hand placement, explosiveness, and discipline the fundamentals that separate average linemen from dominant ones.

Athletes will be coached through high-intensity drills, competitive reps, and position-specific development led by experienced trench coaches. This is a work session so, come prepared to grind and get better.

At the conclusion of training, one athlete will be named the Trench Unit MVP and will earn the Trench Unit MVP Hoodie 🏆
